Locally torrential downpours, along with occasional to frequent lightning will accompany the storms. High rain chances through the end of the week, with rain chances slowly decreasing over the weekend and into next week. Thunderstorms will be capable of producing high rainfall rates and locally heavy rainfall through Thursday.
