Thunderstorms are forecast to develop this afternoon and tonight across the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles. A few storms may become severe in northwest and central parts of the area, with damaging winds the primary hazard. In addition, heavy rainfall may accompany the strongest storms over the northwest sections, which could lead to localized or flash flooding. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. Thunderstorms are possible over most of the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles Wednesday through Monday. Any storms that form during this period are expected to remain below severe levels at this time. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
