Partly cloudy conditions can be expected for much of the region
overnight with low temperatures ranging from near 50 in northern
Minnesota to the upper 60s in south central South Dakota.

Chances for showers and a few thunderstorms will begin to
increase over Montana this evening and slowly spread eastward
across the region through Friday morning. Temperatures on Thursday
will be similar to today, becoming warmer for most areas on
Friday.

The weekend outlook calls for highs around 80 to 95 with chances
for showers and thunderstorms across the western half of the
region beginning by Saturday evening.

This will be combined with dry conditions and north winds around 10 mph or less for most locations. Rain chances increase Thursday night into Friday from west to east, with best chances from Devils Lake to the southern Red River Valley.
