From the late afternoon through the middle of the evening, a cold
front dropped south across northeast and into central Wisconsin.
Isolated storms developed along the front across east-central
Wisconsin late in the afternoon. The storms produce heavy
downpours, but no severe weather. By 9 pm, temperatures were
falling into the upper 50s at Eagle River to the upper 70s at
Mostly clear and quiet conditions are expected for the rest of
the night with lows in the middle 40s to middle 50s. The next
chance of rain will arrive this weekend.
